  1. is there any site with sample code/utilities with source using winsock? we
  2. have some programmers who are trying to get started with winsock programming
  3. and would like some examples to jump start them. vendor development kits for
  4. tcp/ip stacks often have examples and utilities which are a useful starting
  5. point. since there is no winscok vendor this is problematic.

  7. i've looked at sunsite.unc.edu and couldn't find any example code...

  58. I'm looking for information on making API calls to the WinSock DLL. Where can 
  59. I get programming information (procedures, functions, demo source code, etc.)

  62. Also, where can I get information on the format of packets for FTP, ping, 
  63. finger, etc., so that I can write those kinds of applications [I guess this 
  64. is  really a question on where to find standards documents]? A WWW site would 
  65. be best, but an FTP site would also work, of course.
